  • What are QFS’s bill rates?
    Our bill rates vary according to employee skills & experience required. A specific rate will be discussed upon concluding a review of your needs.
  • What does the QFS bill rate include?
    The hourly rate billed to our clients includes the employee’s wage and all employer costs. This includes State & Federal taxes, Social Security, Medicare, State & Federal Unemployment and Workers’ Compensation. If you choose our Direct Hire option, you will be responsible for paying the employee & will pay us a one time direct hire fee.
  • Does QFS perform background checks, drug testing & employment verifications on their employees?
    We can mirror your hiring requirements prior to the start of the assignment. Drug and background screens are rebilled at cost.
