The Perks & Pay
- Competitive Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour.
- Excellent Work-Life Balance: Shift is Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. You are always off on Sundays, plus you get one additional day off during the week.
Your Role
As a Garden Center Merchandiser, you are the face of the garden center’s inventory. You’ll be responsible for:
- Unloading, racking, and displaying fresh plant deliveries to keep the center stocked.
- Maintaining plant health through consistent watering, pruning and organization.
- Creating visually appealing displays that enhance the customer experience.
- Working efficiently across local retail sites (travel required).
What You Bring to the Table
- Physical Ability: You must be able to lift ~50 lbs consistently and enjoy staying active on your feet.
- Weather Readiness: You are comfortable working outdoors in various conditions (sun, light rain, etc.).
- Reliable Mobility: You must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit different stores within a 20-mile radius.
- Experience: While garden center experience is preferred, it is not required. We provide full training for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
